Our Mission to You:

Responding to the call of the Gospel, Christopher Homes, Inc. strives to provide decent, affordable housing to vulnerable members of our community. All who are associated with Christopher Homes, Inc. have the right to respect, dignity and a sense of well being. Therefore, through the service and commitment of our staff and volunteers, we will enable our residents to grow spiritually, socially, and intellectually, empowering them to develop their optimal potential.

Christopher Homes, Inc. strives to incorporate these values into our daily work:

Integrity: Through providing services that respect the integrity of each resident, we enable residents to retain their independence and well-being. Our commitment to integrity requires that we are fair in all our dealings with residents, employees, and potential clients.

Respect for All: We recognize and respect the God-given dignity of each of our residents, their families, and our employees.

Service: Our organization and all associated with it have as our primary purpose to lovingly serve those residents and families residing in our facilities.

Sensitive Caring: We are more than a housing provider. We strive to truly care about the well-being of each of our residents, and to respond to their needs accordingly.

Accountability: We strive to provide excellent services, thus holding ourselves accountable to the Archdiocese of New Orleans, our funding sources, and our residents.

Christopher Homes, Inc. is the housing agency of the Archdiocese of New Orleans. Founded in 1966 with a mandate to provide affordable and decent housing in our community, the agency has grown to become the premier manager of affordable senior housing in the Gulf Coast area.
